Composite High Culinary Arts Classes focus on kitchen safety, safe food handling, and proper cooking and measuring techniques. Students transfer their knowledge into practical kitchen experiences creating a variety of culinary dishes that correlate to Alberta educations modular curriculum. Students develop skills in the culinary field that last a lifetime. Composite High School is entering into a time of school modernization that will enhance the current culinary arts cooking lab with a modernized layout and improvement to current equipment.
Composite High School's Culinary Facility hosts the Wood Buffalo Regional Skills Competition for Culinary and Baking yearly.
