I have been blessed to able to tell people that I am a teacher. It was something I have aspired to be since I was in grade school.  I have been working with children and teenagers for as long as I can remember. I have volunteered at summer camps, community clubs and coached volleyball, basketball and horseback riding. I have always wanted to work in Jr high or High school as a Drama/English teacher and working here at Beaconhill has allowed me to realize that goal.

I have 4 children of my own and they have made me realize the importance of education even more.  I try to be creative and inspiring to my students as I would want other teachers to be with my own children. Having students show growth or try something new and find out they may want to try it again are a couple of things that keep me inspired.
